Running the Analysis software

First step: create the pedestal and attenuation files:

The first pass can be launched using the shell script

RunAllFirstPass.sh

The produced files will end up in the light_rf folder. From those files the attenuation and pedestal files can be created using the macro

CreateLightFiles.C

that can be called by the

CreateLightFiles.sh

script.

Second step: run the analysis
