Running the Analysis software

First step: create the pedestal and attenuation files:

The first pass can be launched using the shell script

RunAllFirstPass.sh

The produced files will end up in the light_rf folder. From those files the attenuation and pedestal files can be created using the macro

CreateLightFiles.C

that can be called by the

CreateLightFiles.sh

script.

Second step: run the analysis

To run the analysis, once you have reproduced the Pedestal and Attenuation files or if you are satisfied with what is under svn there are two scripts

Carb_AnaNeutriNew_All_ok.csh

and

He_AnaNeutriNew_All.csh

that you can use.
